There was never any chance CMW was gonna gett any CONtract with any Mexican source for a multi-billion USD infrastructure project. Here's the part you really don't gett; CMW knew that fact all along, butt he kept you victims thinking otherwise - because that is what he does - what he and his daddy Royis have ALWAYS done - it is their business - it is what they do and have always done.

And this part too clearly saying the project has been in limbo since 2016. I think I got in in 2018
The Secretary of Energy Development has commented that this initiative has been underway since 2016; however, until now, it had been impossible for any company to implement.
