Austin, the key words were "MAY ISSUE".

Were we suckered into voting for the merger by these words? If it happens great, if not I'm prepared, but don't forget that RKT plans on issuing an additional $1.75 Billion more in bonds on the assets in Nationstar which proves the collateral far exceeded the first two original COOP Bonds. This allows RKT to keep Hidings the assets they are assuming once they pay off the original bounds. I suspect this charade to continue for at least the next two years until the Class "L" shares of Rocket Mature. Good luck to all.
