It would not be a surprise....Hosen did the same with early stages of BK where even I thought he was on the side of shareholders..then came March 2009 and he was not and wanted shareholders wiped out....things could be different now....19 more days and the 4th quarter begins....two months and coop gets halted...

They have to do it before COB. At the merger date, the show is over so it will happen before EOD. The SEC filings state the board will decide the date of ownership and payout date. However, if you are no longer in existence... well, that doesn't work right???? so the payout of shares owned on xx-xx-xxx date, and payout to follow on yy-yy-yyyy date will happen prior to closure with pymt just after. Guess is ownership on closure date EOB, payout shortly after. But maybe 18 years later... 8~) JK
