I guess the UK government balk at cost of using K treatment which is north of $400K, not including side effects. This will open the room for DCVax-L /Poly-ICLC treatment which is much cheaper.

I'm not surprised. The financial crisis has accelerated over the last three years, while Gov't assurances have come up empty apparently one too many times.

Also, another warning and indicator to all the folks living in denial here about Merck. Merck is simply not interested in NWBO and are not having any discussions with NWBO.

They just don’t see UK as a big revenue generating market for them (which is where NWBO is putting all their bets on). Low drug prices, huge clawback rates, and a lack of investment from UK government are some of the reasons big pharmas are cutting their exposure to the UK.
