Treasury has SPS and warrants but nobody wants to buy that.

WRONG, The warrants belong to the US government (i.e. US Treasury). If/when Bessent (US Secretary of Treasury) converts the warrants to shares, these shares will be owned by the US government and not Fannie or Freddie companies. Any selling of these shares will generate cash that will go to the US Treasury and not Fannie or Freddie companies.
Once again, you people are speaking out of your ass without thinking about what you are saying.
