Judging from Hawk05's posts here over the years, he would not consider someone's post relevant due diligence. He finds information. This particular information wound up somewhere publicly that shouldn't have been where he found it. That's not the same thing. It would not be surprising if someone related to BIEL let something slip in the wrong place. This isn't the most competent management team on the planet. Then again, maybe it came from somewhere else.

This company is a disaster and has been a disaster for years, whether anyone wants to admit it or not. As an investment, it's also been a disaster for years, though some have undoubtedly managed to make money trading shares periodically. All that aside, Hawk05 doesn't skimp on research, so if he found something noteworthy, I would believe him. He certainly has expressed frustration with the company and its position often enough. He is not a blind believer. Had any of the usual cheerleaders posted what he did, I would have discounted it immediately. Disclosure - I don't know what he found and will find out whenever everyone else does; I pulled my money out of this many years ago. Those funds made money elsewhere while this dribbled to trip zeroes. I stay to see the final chapter in this increasingly long journey.
