The content was reliability. Mark got some direct feedback from a solutions provider - implied to be about Lightwave's reliability issues.
Posted here and commented on the last few days.
I agree that he isn't as aware of some of the company claims as some here are, but his perspective based on feedback from insider the industry is valuable imo.
