To answer your rather naive question... institutions are part of the "club". They know exactly when the manipulation will come to an end. It's called collusion... and will likely happen when you least expect it. That's why I'm not selling the approval spike when partnership or buyout news will happen shortly thereafter.
The cabal soldiers want retail to sell the manipulated $1 approval spike, because their bosses want your shares.
