This line actually scares me.

So they are saying they won't start paying the acquisition fee until 3 months after the agreement closes.

Then saying that the payments will accelerate once DCVax gets approval.

This language implies they think they'll be paying at some slower rate before the approval, thereby implying that they think approval is at least 90 days away still.

The finalization of the deal is waiting on approval....Why commit to pay for something before approval.
