OT - On Trump tariffs - I was going to buy my school band director son a 4 valve Euphonium but Trump wants to rape Americans buying Indian products. I decided not to buy it because a $315 product would mean I had to cut customs a check for an extra $157 - IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.

50% tariff - EL ESTA LOCO (Trump is crazy)

Kiwi, I know this is kind of after the fact, quite a bit after your post, but what would have happened if you had refused to pay the tariff to the UPS man?

I assume the UPS man would have taken the package with him and not left if for you, but would your son have been charged for the return shipping? Or maybe even forfeit the purchase?
