The UPS refused to hand over the package unless the IIRC $40 deminimus / tariff was paid . I assume it would have stayed at UPS as I doubt they would ship it back to the Chinese manufacturer unless that Co would pay for the shipping Re UNCY I believe we have over 500 days to hit Benchmarks $21 price target !!!
