EMA is not the U.S.!

Let's just hope they are not in the pockets of BP.

There isn't the scope in a the single payer systems in Europe for the kind of issues that have developed elsewhere.

The EMA although allowing a subset of AD patients access to the mABs recently approved no national healthcare system appears to be willing to pay for them.

So the reality is BP for all their effort will not garner any substantial sales there so should have little interest in trying to kneecap Anavex.
