Approval should send it well over $1, but will continue to be manipulated until partnership(s) or buyout is announced... because institutions need to buy in, and they want to do it as cheaply as possible.
However, I anticipate partnership or buyout news to come quickly after approval, thus the manipulation will be short lived, as institutions will be adding aggressively with the same expectations.
