Slow down Cowboy. You are nowhere near owning Advent yet, and if you are, it's likely an anchor that LP is unloading on you.
Just like Roswell unloaded their dendritic platform on LP for $2.3 million (?) and is moving full steam ahead with SurVaxM. 🤣
Seems like a pretty low price for the cure for all solid tumors. lol 🙄

Is it possible that LP felt the only way to get all the back invoices owed to advent was to get NWBO shareholders to pony them up? Just asking.
LP also said there would be new INDs with the FDA in Q2. 💤

One might wonder why "certain longs" were so loudly against it as recently as a few days prior to the PR.

I admit I am surprised to see LP making this deal w/o having extracted many 10s millions. As far as I can see, this gets NWBO back to almost where they would have been if Advent was always owned by NWBO.
