No, it was not.

The AF tweet(?) was noted by the defense in the MTD to counter the assertion by NWBO that the market reacted abnormally to "good" news (the 5/10/22 NYAS meltdown). But it was not asserted as a reason for shorting. Nor has there ever been a statement by defense that they did short for their own accounts.
