Kab, suggest you look a bit harder.

First, what NWBO owed them at that time was about $3.5M or less (per the NWBO 10K). But more importantly, just balance the numbers and you will see that you are wrong.

They listed 8M fixed assets. They listed 19.7M current liabilities on the left side. Then combined that with the current assets of 0,6M and moved to the right side as a negative 19M. Then combined that with the 8M to get the fact that they are 10M negative.

If you were correct, they would be about 28M plus.
