It is highly likely IMHO that the purchase of Advent has been a major reason we have not yet received approval.

I respect your posts CherryTree so this question is not questioning you, I just want to understand. Why would this hold up approval?

CherryTree, I believe acquisition of Advent has always been in the plans. I suspect the reason for now is because there is anticipation of a Flaskworks/Eden approval coming in the next 60 days. Doing an acquisition prior to a major value increasing catalyst is a smart move and 60-days maybe is a safe harbor for an arms length transaction.
