Amazing. Thank you for this. It appears Investor's less than credible posts have been exposed. I will chalk it up to him forgetting about his earlier posts - in other words, not intentional. Nevertheless, we now know that at best, he forgets whose side he's on after a few years ... Now can we put this patent issue behind us?
If you go through the past tread discussion between Froll and I, you will see that by 2019 we could not conclude the patent rights may not be contested.
It may be that Vamvakidis is no longer around to contest his original rights and royalties agreement with Anavex.
