That is not correct. A reverse split lowers the share count and she can still keep selling shares at will.
Nobody on this board knows anything at all..
If she does a 1:10 reverse split, there will be 150 million shares outstanding at $2.50 and shareholders will have 1/10th of their shares..... with STILL 1.7 Billion authorized. Party time for management and many new shares to sell.
If you have 100,000 shares , at $0.25 you would then have 10,000 at $2.50 - then after more dilutive financings, it would
probably go back to $0.25 representing another 90% loss.
So your $25,000.00 investment could likely go down to a $2,500.00 value.

Impact on Authorized Share Count
Reverse stock splits do not alter the authorized share count of a company. The authorized share capital is the maximum number of shares a company can issue, as defined in its corporate documents.
