Although retired let this MBA/CPA educate as to why all of the above is correct & verifiable These Are the Only Two Legitimate Ways to Reduce O/S: 1) Buyback followed by Share Retirement (Canceled Shares) 2) Buyback & Return to Treasury (Treasury Stock)
