There is a 335,000,000 reduction in the share numbers from June 20 to June 27. This is almost always due to a Buy Back from the Company and then a retirement of those shares.

anyone trading should know any Outstanding Shares have been issued

Although retired let this MBA/CPA educate as to why all of the above is correct & verifiable
These Are the Only Two Legitimate Ways to Reduce O/S:
1) Buyback followed by Share Retirement (Canceled Shares)
2) Buyback & Return to Treasury (Treasury Stock)
