Thanks , with Coretec still having people on the board at DKME Co Ltd and the shareholder meeting where they were to dismiss and name directors it looks like Corwtec wants to maintaine positions on the board for thety avnt stepped down even though Coretec isnt the largest shareholder anymore . Maybe somehow they hope to tale that position again through DKME Inc the new largest shareholder who now holds the shares .

We just need financials filed for now and a shareholder meeting of our own in the near term .
