I dont think they need to explain it to that many people... after all they publicly stated that they had plans for multiple acquisitions so yes they do indeed need the AS for that... but when it hit 25 billion those that know and understand how the AS works in totality had no issue with it... now you know so that should be the end of it.. unless you are going to continue to justify your point...if so then that is your prerogative but for most people the subject is DIW ( dead in the water )
You have been explained why (by more than one now & both post The Good, The Bad & The Ugly) it had to happen @ this time & space. Should you not like it (most 2b honest probably do not, myself included) yet I do understand the reasons for it now. You do have the option to move along to any ticker(s) that have a more suitable SS for your taste. Repeating your same rhetoric calls into question as to why or no disrespect shows a lack of comprehension. GLTU shall you stay or move away yet enough of your rhetorical questions or just simply state your motivation for said.
