I dont think they need to explain it to that many people... after all they publicly stated that they had plans for multiple acquisitions so yes they do indeed need the AS for that... but when it hit 25 billion those that know and understand how the AS works in totality had no issue with it... now you know so that should be the end of it.. unless you are going to continue to justify your point...if so then that is your prerogative but for most people the subject is DIW ( dead in the water )
