That's not how I read your post and the "Q" wasn't mentioned in the thread at all until after I posted. The thread (at least how I read it!) was about the "predictions"/hope of an increase in the pps (that is why I mentioned ".0004+" in my post) and your post seemed to agree with the "predictions".

Nothing about the "Q" until that last post to me so it was what I thought was your "prediction" of a higher pps that I responded to.
