#151234 RE: Major Profits #151232

That is a lot of research into "probably not, but hopeful." Let me spell it out for you. We are trading an OTC stock. Most of them fail due to lack of proper management. I day traded this often. In the initial run, I bought shares, made money, dumped. Knew nothing about the company except George Sharp recommended it. Then a few weeks later I planned on day trading it and left money in it while on vacation. The stock took off before I could sell. Blind squirrel kind of thing. I ended up selling all except $500k worth - just in case. Day traded that down to .0001/2. Lost almost all of it until it bounced big twice (which I called correctly - no blind squirrel luck). I have been buying with profits since .0009ish. Got back in too early, but am not concerned. Now I am waiting for two events:

1. Clean balance sheet - no preferred C shares, no convertible debt at all.
2. Revenue. Something that people can see as a potential way to grow the business. Stating that they bought a ticketing company isn't enough. Stating that they partner with an AI company isn't enough. It is a start, but revenue must be part of it.

I expected that the fertilizer would have sold Not sure why it didn't. Not disappointed that it didn't at this point. Very disappointed that the company didn't explain why and what steps they plan to implement. I am very happy that they managed to get rid of most of the C's.

Some people who made a VERY long list of predictions that were ALL wrong - not you - will tell the world that I predicted that the company would remove their toxic debt and that the fertilizer would be sold. I fully expected both to happen. It didn't. Almost all the debt is now at a fixed price. $200k of the toxic debt was eliminated in the last Q. Still some to go tho. As for the revenue, the inventory is in a fungible good. To me, it would be illogical that none was sold yet unless there is still an issue with licensing or something else keeping it from selling. Yes, I did call NetJets a few weeks ago - more of a look to see about availability. Mighta been a bit premature call in hindsight.
