You can’t even make a proper argument for why they’re pushing U.S. compassionate use instead of submitting a BLA. What are they afraid of—getting rejected? If UK approval (with real revenue) is supposedly imminent, why focus on expanding a program in the U.S. that generates no revenue? As many have pointed out, patients can just fly to the UK for treatment anyway. So how do you defend LP’s actions now? It’s obvious she doesn’t want $NWBO investors to profit—only herself, through her CDMOs. They’re the ones raking in money from compassionate use, not $NWBO.
