I cannot see them releasing top line results without the safety result! If that means November or December release , so be it.

The Clinical trials site says the safety follow up can be UP TO 114 weeks. Which suggests that depending on the earlier follow ups if nothing is seen they won't need to go as long as 114 weeks.

Also, for TLD, which can be processed after the last clinical testing is done plus data lock time, there is no need to wait for the final safety follow up, ASSUMING that there are no significant safety issues found earlier.
