Duffy ain’t dumping. He’s issuing Notes, where the Note holders are cashing in with shares, the dilution you reference. Also the Preferred Note holders are converting on a 1:1000 share basis. XERI is these Preferred shareholders’ ATM machine. As with Note holders. Not Duffy.
