Share price is safe until Yorkville gets out of their last 4 million shares. Then it's anyone's guess how low it could go.
10Q says Yorkville balance is $900K of the $3.9 million convertible note. That means Yorkville already sold 3/4 of their shares with 1/4 of the 17.7 million shares left to go. That's how I read it.
