That is not true either. Public comment is for "future" 'trial design. Quite possibly for any new trials they have been planning for the new version of DCVax, The new guidance is not for trials that are already done and complete, it's NOT a do-over thing. Especially since NWBO used external controls post hoc, they were never part of the trial design, and many scientists have cast doubt on the external controls they chose. In reality, nothing in this 10Q is any different from 6 months ago. Except more losses and more dilution. And much more dilution to come. IMO

I don't think it was overly disappointing, but I also noticed they didn't mention combo trials or additional submissions for L to additional regulators.
