You have a good point, especially regarding the 25M from the HII. That will help greatly to get all the lawsuits either settled, or be in a position to fight and win. I think it is getting very close on that based on the updates.

That said, this quarter was a banger!!!
Revenue: $23.6 million
Gross Margin: 57%
Net Income: $7.9 million
Largest UAS Contract: Executed to date, marking a new operational peak
Funded Backlog: $19 million as of June 30, 2025
High-Probability Pipeline: Over $27 million, indicating strong visibility and upcoming growth

The 6 lawsuits are essentially all related to the original Atlantic Wave judgement from Richmond, Virginia. An excessive amount of funds to pay that judgement have already been paid to the receiver in Texas, who refuses to close and ignores the stay order. I anticipate that once the Texas appellate court rules on this, the Atlantic Wave judgement will be fulfilled and those other lawsuits will go away. The end should be near, but it is insane that it got this far, they should have paid Atlantic Wave a long time ago.
