Maximize Taxpayer value has been the same line used by many of the FHFA directors - was this coined (minted) by TRSY back when they along with FHFA was kicking the can down the road about who has control over ending the CONsevatorship.

I think shareholders are concerned because its more stealing.. once again the government taking GSE shareholder value for nothing. At least that is the concern i have.
