I definitely think a buyout will happen after September, but even if it didn't and it came earlier the options would immediately vest upon a change of ownership control. This is boilerplate language.

When Elite has awarded options, they typically vest in tranches over a three year period.

Typically? Ya mean you dont know?

Stock options also typically have more conditions than just the vesting periods.

They can include no separation of service, performance metrics et al

Vesting period is different than settlement of the options.

Also, a change of control occurring prior to Sept 2025 would accelerate Kirkovs vesting for full participation anyway.
