About Kirko's options:

Kirko was awarded his options on September 6, 2022 as part of his employment contract.

When Elite has awarded options, they typically vest in tranches over a three year period. IE: 1/3 after the first anniversary, the next third on the second year, and the last third in year three. His options will be fully vested on September 6, 2025.

Buyout will happen after that
