"CHM already discussed a brain cancer medicine in May–June and that minutes are withheld only under Section 22(1), which is used when the discussion and documentation already exist and are queued for publication."
I'm not a lawyer, but where does it say when they reference section 22(1) they mean documentation allready exists and is queued for publication"? I'm not talking about triangulation of statements. I'm not asking for opinions. Where does it state that minutes are withheld under section 22(1) for documentation that is queued for publication? I read section 22(1). I couldnt find it.
There are a few obvious differences between Gamestop and NWBO
For a start Gamsestop had a 140% of the OS short position. NWBO has 3.61% of the OS short position.
Gamestop was a reddit meme stock because of the blatant abuse of short selling. NWBO may be subject to manipulation but it is not blatant like the 140% short position of GME. Reddit doesn't care about NWBO.
The float of NWBO as about 1.34 billion shares. The 50 million short shares will get lost in the trading volume of the fist week of trading when the MAA is approved.
