Yes, I know your plight. The prime rib was not from a restaurant. I got it the day before, started it in my oven low and slow, then brought it down to the tailgate to be placed on the grill to finish at the tailgate.

It was really good but there were 8 of us that all pitched in for that 10 pound bad boy, so the damage got spread out a little. LOL I enjoy ribeye steaks and they used to be 12-15$ a pound but now they are between 20-25$ and I won't touch them.

It was probably the last time that I'll see Soldier Field for awhile and the rest of downtown for that matter so I made a day and a night of it.

Bittersweet for me, as new horizons await.

I'm very glad you are getting your skin thing under control and hope it all clears up for you.
