Have never paid like that for meat in a restaurant and never will. Thanks no ridge on bottom teeth bone for bottom denture to grab on to, then losing it and not bothering 'cuz it was a nuisance anyway am eating less meat now, mostly pork chops and chicken. Legs have been missing from my butcher lately. If i pound the hell out of a chop and marinate it in soy for an hour and fry it rare, it's soft, and with some mild English mustard tasty enough. Having one now with rice, eggs, onion and garlic. Going on 11am breakfast, after one slice of wholemeal with cheese earlier.
