I have read quite a bit of this new technology, it is remarkable. I do a lot of work with a BioFuel company that produces both WVO(Waste Vegetable Oil) and BioDiesel.

The product that the new merged company will have eliminates single fuel source for traditional diesel engines. Meaning,,,they can run on ethanol (BioGas). This changes the whole world market on Diesel engines. You can run a diesel on:
1. Ethanol
2. Petro Diesel
3. WVO
4. BioDiesel

diesel engines have gone under serious scrutiny, and are not permissible in some states due to EMISSIONS. 3 out of the 4 from above enable diesel engine output to be within an acceptable PPM range, thus meeting stringent State Emission Laws.
