Kiwi, I still believe the new formulation is the core component of the broader strategy of re-claiming the U.S. market.
Lawsuits are never guaranteed (something we know all too well). But the new formulation essentially re-sets the market with a new, more effective, less expensive, and simpler (fewer pills) product.
Obviously, a positive outcome of the lawsuit would be optimal, but there is no way Sarissa is betting the company's future on the potential outcome of a trial. A positive outcome would be icing on the cake.
