CUSP change is not dependent on approval by any RA. So why haven't they done it over last many years ?

I don't believe doing one offs is LP way of doing business.

The CUSP change will occur on the heels of approval and along with many other things lined up.

Think of Trumps first 10 days where he signed something like 35 EOs...LP will have something similar upon MHRA approval of DCVax-L.

Costs money to do that. No real point until the company has a revenue stream to make shorting the new cusp more difficult. Right now NWBO is an easy target and still would be with a new CUSP.
