How and why we know if the EMA clock is ticking again or if an MAA is withdrawn, surely you can't have missed in among all the posts explaining it.

Yes--I am well aware of all that so I haven't missed anything. Regardless of a clock restart, the MAA could still be withdrawn. The resumption of the clock concurrent with the LoQ responses being submitted doesn't mean the odds for approval have changed, especially since the AVXL responses have not been reviewed, which is a two month process. I am suggesting that your potential upcoming reversal of your chances of approval are based on nothing but an unexplained change in personal bias.
