I understand that n's get smaller over time but in the OLE, 257 down to between 84 and 97 seems excessive, especially when the placebo cohort's doctors could tell them that dropping out due to mild dizziness might have been the worst decision those trial participants ever made.
I understand the disease had likely progressed for those 48 weeks in the placebo cohort and their decision making abilities had likely suffered.
