Gary, the problem has been and continues to be the position that they can't say anything beyond that required for the 10Q's and the 10K. The MAA submission quiet period somehow expands to cover other activities not related to it. The end result is "we're in a quiet period" has become the company credo. Nothing we can do about it, but Powers shouldn't take my vote for granted the next time she's up for election.
