DTREF does look interesting, Thanks. It's amazing how the US allowed itself to get so dependent upon rare earths / strategic materials from China. This made no sense, and is a disastrous position to be in. In retrospect, what was needed was a long range 'industrial policy' to target these key strategic industries, instead of just relying on the free market. Central planning was how China did it, and how Taiwan did it with semiconductors, etc.
Looking at DTREF, the blown out 3 bil share structure can be fixed with a reverse split, and the funding from the US govt can really get things moving. The chart looks promising, thanks for the heads up :o)
