Yes correct..however new money that will come into the co, is NOT really new money, in that they are not debt free, those
Old shares now become alive again ,and can be cashed out by shareholders, the only way to get out of the mess now is to have a real business that will bring in revenue right away ,with cleaning up debt by angel investor buying a big stake in co.
So good luck to co in doing that.

~ However; . . . I do find a statement by one poster here - Hilarious !!!
For someone to say; Any New Money coming into the company, isn't really New Money, is playing with one card short
of a full deck !!! LOL - Of course New Money is New Money, and could be an indication that . . .
an "Angle Investor" has stepped in, believing the company has potential !!!

~ Note; Generally in situations like this, they receive Restricted Shares, and Warrants,
for later down the road, . . based on performance !!!

~ Hopefully, the future of this company will reveal itself soon !!!
