Yes correct..however new money that will come into the co, is NOT really new money, in that they are not debt free, those Old shares now become alive again ,and can be cashed out by shareholders, the only way to get out of the mess now is to have a real business that will bring in revenue right away ,with cleaning up debt by angel investor buying a big stake in co. So good luck to co in doing that.
