Explain the purge of our military from black people in leadership and even better yet describe why women are wrapped up in that same DEI net.

Just like you coming on here yesterday and addressing another female poster who is highly respected by the rest of the community as "Missy". I know you don't even understand how that sounds but it burned right through me and a lot of others here who did not see it or call you out for the slug that you are.

Equity is one third of DEI. The problem with throwing out DEI is that there is a presumption that competence is not a consideration in hiring or for admission to college.

For companies in particular who would choose to sacrifice competence needed for the job that would lessen the competitiveness of the company? THAT would be a bad hire. See the Trump's cabinet as an example of what happens when choosing loyalty over competence....and integrity.
