Look up the arrangement Miller did. All you got were preferred shares of BMCS for all the Sumcoins. No money is ever coming back to USEI. And those preferreds may never be monetized either if Miller allows USEI to get delisted, which he'd be a fool not to let happen. Oh wait, Miller IS a fool. Yeah, USEI shareholders are screwed.
