I did know a lot of them did not apply or applied but did not qualify for the move to the OTDID... I also check this link several times a day to see who is now trying to get qualified and what their business is... some have gotten spikes in their Price Per Share but attempting to qualify or by getting qualified. Anyone can click this link, then scroll down to where it say Financial and look for any stock that has the Pink Yield sign and next to it if they are attempting to qualify for OTCID it will say something about management.
I was very surprised to see that 10,000 number OS... amazing to me how limited the amount of stock on the OTC who did qualify...
